How to Use:
- After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with a generous amount of toner and apply over the face and neck to remove any residue. You can also follow-up with a second layer of toner directly to your face and gently press-in with clean hands for better absorption.
- Apply morning and night after cleansing and before serum and moisturizer.
